ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਹਿਸਾ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ
ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਹਿਸਾ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ
ਹੁਣ ਜਿਤਨਾਂ ਪਸਤਾਵੇ ਦਾ ਸੇਕ,ਦੁੱਖ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨਾਂ,ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਗਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦਾ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ.ਇਹ ਸੇਕ,ਦੁੱਖ ਉਤਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਹਨਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ.ਜਦੋਂ ਹਿੰਦ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਜਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਿਰਕੂੱ ਲੋਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਗਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ,ਸਿੱਖੀ ਸਵੀਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੀਗਲ ਮਾਣਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਇੰਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ. ਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਮੋਹਰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੋਹਰ ਸਿਰਫ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਲਗੇਗੀ.ਹੁਣ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰੋ ਤੁਸੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਫਾਰਮਰ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹੋ. ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਲਈ ਝੋਨਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾ ਉਪਰ ਚੌਕੀਦਾਰਾ. ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਣ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਲਿਜਸਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਹੋਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ.ਇਹ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਪਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ,ਇਸਾਈਆ, ਪਾਰਸੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਧਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ.ਸਿੱਖ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਚੀਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ.1947 ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਕਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਦਰਜਾ ਮਾਣਤਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ.ਚਲਾਕੀ 26ਜਨਵਰੀ 1950 ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਵੀਧਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ.ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਤੇ ਐਕਸਪਲਨੇਸ਼ਨ 2 ਬਣਾਂ ਕਿ ਖੋਹ ਲਈ ਗਈ .ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਹਿਸਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ.ਪਰਕਾਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਧਾਰਾ 25 1984 ਵਿਚ ਲੂਹੀ ਸੀ.ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਿਮ ਹੈ.ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਇਸ ਲਿਜਸਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹਨ.ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਵਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਮਾਣ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਦਿਵਾਓੁ.constitution review commission in year 2002 recommended reword clause[b] and delete Explanation 2.now this is not Anti National or Anti hindu or muslims.

3.23.1 A number of institutions of Sikhs and Buddhists suggested certain changes in article 25(2). Explanation II to article 25 provides that reference to Hindus in sub-clause (b) of clause (2) should be construed as including a reference to Sikhs etc.
3.23.2 The constitution review Commission in year 2002. without going into the larger issue on which the contention is based, is of the opinion that the purpose of the representations would be served if Explanation II to article 25 is omitted,[deleted] and sub-clause (b) of clause (2) of that article is reworded as follows:-
reword clause [b] as below
“(b) providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of Hindu, Sikh, Jaina or Buddhist religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of these religions.”

Explanation 2. in sub clause[b]of section [2] the reference to hindus shall be construed as including a reference
to person professing the Sikh,jaina or Buddhist religion.

Incomplete Loola Langra Amended Anand marriage Act 2012.is not acceptable to Sikhs.section 6 very clearly say Sikh can not leave[Abandon]hindu marriage Act or Hindu Laws?
Sikhs must be kept gulam as class and section oh hindus.

THE ANAND MARRIAGE ACT, 1909 Amended Anand marriage Act 2012

[22nd October, 1909]
A. An Act to remove doubts as to the validity of the marriage ceremony common among the Sikhs called Anand.
WHEREAS it is expedient to remove any doubts as to the validity of the marriage ceremony acidity of the marriage ceremony common among the Sikhs called Anand; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
1. Short title and extent: (1) This Act may be called the Anand Marriage Act, 1909; and
(2) It extends to all of India 2[except the State of Jammu and Kashmir]
.
2. Validity of Anand marriages: All marriages which may be or may have been duly solemnized according to the Sikh marriage ceremony called Anand 3[(commonly known as Anand Karaj)] shall be, and shall be deemed to have been with effect from the date of the solemnization of each respectively , good and valid in law.
3. Exemption of certain marriages from Act: Nothing in this Act shall apply to --
(a) any marriage between persons not professing the Sikh religion, or
(b) any marriage which has been judicially declared to be null and void.
4. Saving of marriages solemnized according to other ceremonies: Nothing in this Act shall affect the validity of any marriage duly solemnized according to any other marriage ceremony customary among the Sikhs.
5. Non–validation of marriages within prohibited degrees: Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to validate any marriage between persons who are related to each other in any degree of consanguinity or affinity which would, according to the customary law of the Sikhs , render a marriage between them illegal.
6. Registration of marriages: (1) For the purposes of facilitation of proof of marriage ceremony
(commonly known as Anand Karaj) customary among the Sikhs, the State Government shall, without prejudice to anything contained in the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or any other law for the time being in force, make rules providing that the parties to any such marriage [whether solemnized before or after the commencement of the Anand Marriage (Amendment) Act, 2012], may have the particulars relating to their marriage entered, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be provided in the said rules, in a Marriage Register kept by such officer of the State Government or of a local authority authorised by the
State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, in this behalf. 25 of 1955
(2) The Marriage Register shall, at all reasonable times, be open for inspection, and shall be admissible as evidence of the statements contained therein and certified extracts there from shall, on an application, be given by the Registrar to the parties to the marriage on payment of such fees as may be provided in the rules.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the validity of any Anand Marriage solemnized shall in no way be affected by the omission to make an entry in the Marriage Register.
(4) Every rule made by the State Government under this section shall be laid before the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after they are made.
(5) The parties to the marriage, whose marriage has been registered under this Act, shall not be required to get their marriage registered under any other law for the time being in force (including State Act).]
