I agree with your word 'faisla' or conclusion. The Sikhs Nation alias the "Robbed" Sikh nation PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947, has nothing to do with the freedom of the deceitful Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins like Hanera Sinh Badal and likewise, including the lap dog of Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Sinh. This Manmohan Sinh is one of the 'rapists' of the institution of democracy. He lied at the UN Human Rights Commission, Vienna, Austria, 15-25 August, 1993. He lied on the Genocide of Sikhs in 1984, i.e., Genocide in an 'undeclared' war in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984 and second on the Genocide of Sikhs from 31st October, 1984 to November, 1984, throughout India rules by the 'Butchers of Humanity, i. e., the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins like Hanera Sinh Badal, Zail Sinh, Surjit Barnala, Gurcharan Tohra (deceased), Harchand Longowal (deceased), etc. As such, the Sikhs of the "Robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947, have no future without their Sovereignty, Independence and Political power. The Sikhs have not signed/accepted/endorsed the Indian Constitution 1950. Rather, the Indian Constitution has been "rejected" by the Sikhs' elected representatives like Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Mann and Sirdar Kapur Singh, ICS, MP, MLA and National Professor of Sikhism in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 26th January, 1950 and more recently on the 6th September, 1966, in its drafts and final forms. This points out that the Sikhs of the "Robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947, have no political, social, religious, educational rights, including the right of being Sikhs. The Indian administration is out to "swallow" the Sikhs into Hindus and their -ism, despite the fact the Brahmins-Hindus and their -ism are neither a religion nor a culture. Whereas, the Sikhs are the 5th largest religion of the world and culture as well. The Sikhs of the "Robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947, are in the Chakravyuh or 'vicious cycle of the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahminis of the alleged Indian democracy. The Sikh leadership of the "Robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947 (since Tara Sinh Master and there on) is politically impotent or "just worth of "Kutte Khasi Karan de" or to neuter the dogs. The youth between the age of 25 and 40-year have to (i) discard the old "Kutte Khasi Karanwali leadership, (ii) have their own leadership committed for the Sovereignty, Independence and Political power, and (iii) in the meantime, should seek leadership from the Guru Granth Sahib by following the Sikh Traditions. These "Memorandum or Memoranda' are good only to "apprise the world, but they will not bring back your Sovereignty, Independence and Political power of the Sikhs nation, PUNJAB. The Punjab, which had been the "First Sovereign and Secular Nation" of South Asia under Monarch Ranjit Singh, 1799 to 14th March, 1849. And the Sikhs' Struggle for Sovereignty, Independence and Political power has been going on "To Regain their (Sikhs') Sovereignty under the Guidance of Guru Granth Sahib (Guru Manyo Granth, as ordered by Sahib Guru Gobind Singh ji to his Khalsa, means Sovereign) and The Sikh Traditions.
