A SHORT AND A VERY REVOLUTIONARY LAST LETTER OF AFZAL GURU FOR REVOLUTIONARIES FROM TIHAR JAIL BEFORE HIS DEATH ON 09-02-2013 IN THE EARLY MORNING.

The writer, Balbir Singh Sooch within the limitation of his mental power feel privileged to interpret of his own Initiative the rough translation from Urdu to English of the last letter of Afzal Guru from Tihar Jail, said to be written in Urdu by Afzal Guru on 09/2/2013 at 6:25 am (IST) as alleged.

Respected family and all the believers ((Believers in Almighty God, accept that something (here something means Almighty God for Afzal Guru) is true or real), but, word, believers could also meant for addressing those, who neither believe in Almighty God nor did believe to Afzal Guru and likewise believers’ definition and detail in the context can be endless)).

Asalam u alikum (peace up on you) ((wished peace and happiness for all, provided when they are awake!))

((But, it seems, Afzal Guru is respectfully addressing to all in his last letter before his death, though he was firm believer in Almighty God and wishes peace and happiness for all, provided when they are awake by the grace of God! ))

I thank Almighty that he has chosen me for this stature ((height, prominence and tallness)). From my side, I want to congratulate all the believers ((as stated addressed to all the believers)). We all should ((must)) stay with truth and righteousness ((Afzal Guru stressed that all should ((must)) stay with truth and righteousness as the truth and righteousness, the cause was recognized by him to gain this stature)), and our end must also come on the path of truth and righteousness ((suggesting that our (the people of his stature) must end their life, following on the path of truth and righteousness like him)).

My request to my family is that instead of grieving over my end, they should respect ((admiration and have a high opinion of the height, prominence and tallness of this stature)) the stature I ((Afzal Guru)) have achieved.

Almighty God is your greatest protector and greatest help. ((through whom, the greatest protector and greatest help, all those asked that they should ((must)) stay with truth and righteousness as the truth and righteousness cause was recognized to choose death for the cause by him to gain this stature))

I leave you in Allah’s protection.” ((Again Afzal Guru is reminding his family, all those will protect you, who are asked that they should ((must)) stay with truth and righteousness as the truth and righteousness cause was recognized by him to choose death for the cause to gain this stature ))

Below are the letter, its rough translation and the accompanying note written by the Tihar Jail Superintendent?

I thank almighty that he has chosen me for this stature. From my side, I want to congratulate all the believers. We all should stay with truth and righteousness, and our end must also come on the path of truth and righteousness. My request to my family is that instead of grieving over my end, they should respect the stature I have achieved.

Almighty God is your greatest protector and greatest help.

I leave you in Allah’s protection.

In addition to this:

“THE CONVICTION IS the discretion of a judge and a president (a government) in India:  Nothing is to hide or lie about this reality in India especially in face of and when the world looks like a Village because of internet communicating skill and facilities etc, though still that not available with the larger part of population.  Moreover, presently to raise the question of violation of human rights anytime and anywhere has become necessity individually and or collectively in the world.

For Example: Whereas the death sentence of the main accused former B.J.P. minister Maya Kodnani (murderer of 97 Muslims) converted to life where the Judge said that “The Judge could not overlook the fact that 139 countries have repealed the death sentence, this court believes the use of death undermines human dignity.”

The Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley made   hard hitting remarks, ‘India is being kicked around internationally’ may not be said so lightly and without political reason.

Though, Mr.Arun Jaitley must have done so on foreign policy of India to let down the government of United Parties Alliance (UPA) keeping in mind to take the advantage of the coming Lok Sabha elections-2014 without noticing its demerits internationally for India.

But, Mr. Arun Jaitley may be correct only in the context that India has no friendly relations with any of its neighbours and could not become a big brother or boss in Indian sub-continent and instead, he is admitting rather confessing that India is being ‘Kicked Around’ internationally and there is being something seriously wrong with the manner in which external affairs is run.

What to talk of normalising ties with neighbours, on the front of internal affairs, India is also being mismanaged and the Indian minorities are feeling discriminated in India and openly known to all! Mr. Arun Jaitley understands very well the reasons and background to this hatred.   Though, nothing is desirable to do so secretively in a democratic country as was done in case of Mohammad Afzal Guru’s execution. The government seems not only to have been failed to achieve its political end, but also exposed and defamed by this nefarious act. The cool minded matured persons sitting in the Indian establishment realized that to hang Afzal Guru in the manner for the ulterior motive was a blunder.

The blunder was committed on provocation of main opposition party and to supersede the party in opposition to have political mileage in the coming Lok Sabha elections 2014. The peaceful process between the countries and the balance of Machiavelli’s political necessity for the rulers of both the countries including Kashmir disturbed. In fact, the political immaturity of India stands exposed.

Whenever, the present main opposition party comes to power behaves more weakly and softly in the field of foreign diplomacy as was experienced in the past during its tenure and examples were quoted to that effect during the debate-discussion.

The equilibrium of democratic civil society of Pakistan (democratic set up of Pakistan) was totally imbalanced by the Indian political blunder, “Afzal Guru was given the death sentence on the basis that “the incident, which resulted in heavy casualties, had shaken the entire nation, and the collective conscience of the society will only be satisfied if capital punishment is awarded to the offender” and further to satisfy the same, he was hanged hurriedly and secretively. Lok Sabha polls: Those opposing Narendra Modi will have to go to Pakistan, says Giriraj Singh, who is considered close to Narendra Modi, at whose instance, Giriraj Singh terrorizing the Indians opposing Narendra Modi (a symbol of hard Hindutva  (BJP) & soft Hindutva (Congress) communal forces) especially Muslims in India?

Obviously, the persons like Giriraj Singh were and are only terrorizing the opponents especially Muslims by such statements and criminal actions at the instance of the hard Hindutva (BJP) & soft Hindutva (Congress) communal forces in order to attract the majority communal vote bank.

Giriraj Singh's utterances (the utterances are very serious and actionable adequately, meaningfully and effectively) have rightly been taken as controversial as reported by the Election Commission (EC) of India, which must take suo motu action against him."

PRAYER: IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, THE ELECTION COMMISSION (EC) OF INDIA MUST TAKE SUO MOTU ACTION IN THE CRIMINAL ACT OF THE HARD HINDUTVA (BJP) & SOFT HINDUTVA (CONGRESS).
