     explanation 2  Assured that Sikhs,jainas and Buddhist are section and classes of hindus and therefore hindu references,[hindu family laws] shall be construed,apply on them.that is why applicability of anand marriage act was denied, ceased in 1955.because Sikh was brought under hindus references[explanation 2] 26th January 1950.      ਜੇ ਸਿਖ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਾਰਾ 25 ਦੇ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਨਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਤੇ ਐਕਸਪਲਨੇਸ਼ਨ ੨ ਦੀ ਡਾਲੀਸ਼ਨ deletion ਨਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਤਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਹਮੇਸਾ, ਹਮੇਸਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ.ਸਿੱਖਾ ਦਾ 105 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਮੈਰਿਜ ਐਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਮਪੂਰਣ ਐਕਟ ਬਣਵਾਓੁ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਲੂਲਾ ਲੰਗੜਾ.ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ,ਕਲਾਸ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ.ਸਿਖ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕੋਡ ਵਿਚੋ ਬਾਹਿਰ ਕੱਢ ਕਿ ਅਜਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਓ.ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਪਾਰਸੀ,ਅਸਾਈ,
ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਾਦ ਹਨ.
     ਇਹ ਦੇਖੋ ਤੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਪੜੋ 2002 ਵਿਚ ਕੰਨਸਟੀਟੂਸ਼ਨ ਰੀਵੀਓ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਗਿਆਰਾਂ ਜੱਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਕਲਾਸ,ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ.ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਐਕਸਪਲਨੇਸ਼ਨ 2 ਦੀ ਡਲੀਸ਼ਨ ਖੱਤਮ ਕਰੋ.

     3.23.1 A number of institutions of Sikhs and Buddhists suggested certain changes in article 25(2).  Explanation II to article 25 provides that reference to Hindus in sub-clause (b) of clause (2) should be construed as including a reference to Sikhs etc.
     3.23.2 The constitution review Commission in year 2002. without going into the larger issue on which the contention is based, is of the opinion that the purpose of the representations would be served if Explanation II to article 25 is omitted,[deleted] and sub-clause (b) of clause (2) of that article is reworded as follows:-
     ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਕਲਾਜ ਬੀ ਦੀ ਰੀਵਰਡਿੰਗ rewording ਕਰਵਾਓ ਤੇ ਐਕਸਪਲਨੇਸ਼ਨ 2 ਨੂੰ  delete ਖੱਤਮ ਕਰਵਾਓ.
     “(b) providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of Hindu, Sikh, Jaina or Buddhist religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of these religions.”
