As you are aware of the recent ups & downs in Panth due to some unwanted happenings in Punjab .. The main issue was pardoning Dera Sisra Chief in Sept. 2015. But from the day itself the voice started raising against Jathedars itself. The Hukamnama which was issued to Pardon Dera Chief was duly signed by Representatives of 5 Takhats . But the Hukamnama which was issued to take back the pardon was not signed neither represented by Takhat Hazur Sahib Nanded, Neither Panj Pyaras of Hazur Sahib Nanded or Sikh Sangat of Maharashtra & even of Punjab was not taken into confidence or was never consulted .
So the Hukamnama of taking back Pardon of Dera Sirsa Chief To be considered Null & Void. Its against the Sikh code of Conduct. We everyday in Ardas say Panja Takhta Sarbat Gurdwara da Dhyan .
So the Hukamnama of Pardoning Dera Sirsa Chief was passed by 5 takhats .. But Taking Back that Hukamnama was not signed By any one representing Hazur Sahib .. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Panj Pyaras of Akal Takhat has issued the following statement : ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bhai Satnam Singh, speaking for the five beloved ones, iterated that they have to take action after seeing how distraught the Sikh Panth has been with the decisions and leadership that has been taking place over the last few weeks.. “When issuing the pardon for Gurmeet Ram Rahim, takht jathedars should have first considered the matter with Panthik jathedars. Their decision led to sorrow for the entire Panth,” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So I am writing you to clarify stand of Sri Guru Singh Sabha on the issue as you are the voice of Sikhs in Maharashtra after Hazur sahib Nanded. & please also ask Panj Pyaras of Hazur Sahib the reason for signing for pardoning Dera chief & not speaking against Him .. As till Hazur sahib will not sign against Dera chief , The Dera chief would be considered as forgived by Panth..
I also urge you to extend the support to panj pyaras of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib on Behalf of Sikhs of Maharashtra & Panth ..
S. Avtar singh Makkad is a political figure as is Tara singh MLA Mulund After the recent happenings in Punjab Makkad should resign on base of moral grounds ..
I as a person can only raise issue .. As Singh Sabha Dadar is Representing Sikhs of Mumbai & Maharshtra.. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My is unconditional support to you regarding the above letter & This is not my voice .. I am sure the Sikh Youth of Panth will be satisfied with my words..
So not coming into the political shadow .. Please clarify as now its time to build Sikh leadership in Maharashtra as Seeing the recent things in Punjab, we can not more be depend or look to the Sikh Leadership of Punjab ...
