My dear older brother Sirdar Gurmit Singh Khalsa ji and other brothers,

The Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Rats of the alleged Indian demo[n]cracy have been misleading the world about the 'Black List of the Sikh Diaspora', with the conflicting names, double listing of the names and even those who have demised from this world. The preparation of the Sikh Diaspora Blacklist by the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Rats of the alleged demo[n]cracy is unreliable, however; along with the 'ulterior' motives by the Brahmins-Hindus (means Chor, Dakku, Oochakka, scoundrels, etc., according to the Percian and Arabic dictionaries. Before I write further, the founder of the Sikh Religion (the 5th largest religion and culture also of our world) defined the Brahmins-Hindus as the "butchers" of our world in the Asa-di-vaar Mohalla 1 in Guru Granth Sahib.

We, the Sikh Diaspora and the Sikhs of their Holy and Historic Homeland "robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947, the Guru Khalsa Panth must prepare the "Blacklisted Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Rats" and keep it that when the Sikhs and their Sikh Nation, "robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947 gains its "Sovereignty." Right after that the First administration of the Republic of Khalistan takes over, it must hand over the Blacklisted Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Rats' list to the International Court of Justice, The Hague, to try these Blacklisted Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned  Brahmins Rats for their crimes committed against the humanity.

One of the turbaned Brahmin Rat Hanera Sinh, who collaborated with the Brahmins-Hindus New Delhi administration in 1980s and onwards and during an 'undeclared' war on the Sikhs' Homeland PUNJAB in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, must be on the top of this Blacklist and be tried by the International Court of Justice  for the "Genocide of Sikhs" since 15th August, 1948; although this turbaned Brahmin Rat had not been active against the Sikhs up until 1970s.
