AZAD KASHMIR DOES NOT POSSESS THE MATERIAL POWER
TO LIBERATE OCCUPIED JAMMU AND KASHMIR [AKA INTERNATIONALLY DISPUTED AREAS
OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR (IDA: JK)] FROM THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT:

The
notion of making west Punjab of Pakistan a sovereign country to liberate their
Sikh brothers in East Punjab Sikh Homeland (Khalistan), to make Sind a separate
country so that it will liberate Munwadar, Junagarah, and Hyderabad, or Azad
Kashmir which encompasses four thousand two hundred (4,200) square miles a
sovereign state to liberate illegally occupied by Indian government the state
of Jammu and Kashmir [AKA Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu And
Kashmir (IDA:JK)] is absolutely ludicrous. Suggestions such as these are
far removed from the realities of the issue at hand.
It
is simply inaccurate to claim that weakening the only state actor putting
forward some sort of effort to liberate these territories will bring forward
any progress. Liberation of these territories is impossible without a unified
and strong Pakistan and it will take a great deal of diplomatic pressure and
material power in order to attain freedom for these occupied territories. Aside
from the Sikh Homeland of Punjab Khalistan (which belongs to the Sikhs), these
territories under law belong to Pakistan and reducing the already limited power
that Pakistan possesses to take on this endeavor is not the solution.
It
is undeniable that Pakistan must make some amendments to its current efforts.
It needs to unify as one and press the issue at hand and not revert back to the
pre-Islamic era of ignorance which operated under the tribal system of
division. Furthermore, Pakistan must reconsolidate its strategy with the basis
being unification in order to regain these territories and deliver justice to
the people being oppressed within them which are lawfully Pakistani citizens
(very clearly stated in its implied and constitutional stand). Any strategy
must have Pakistan as the main actor, however, must also involve the entire
international community which claims to support democratic and human rights,
but has largely turned a blind eye to Indian oppression and occupation due to
its own interests. Also extremely important is the need to single out India as
a fundamental violator of human rights which can be attested by its historical
and ongoing actions. India has disgraced any standard that signifies the
presence of human rights.
The
division of Pakistan not only goes against the legal realities of the
territories at hand which are being oppressed which belong to Pakistan. But
more importantly, this division of the Pakistani state would weaken the ability
for any positive change to be made, change that is long overdue with over six
decades of oppression.
