Singh Ji, You are quite Right in bringing the historical perspectives in a
nutshell.You being a member of wso from the very beginning know the
truth. While Justice is elusive to the masses worldwide, specially the
minorities, and those in power (the governments, politicians, priestly classes,
media pundits, gangsters,and crooks of all kinds) are contributing to all the
turmoil all over the world. There are very few organizations that do try to
battle these injustices, although their struggles had been foiled and weakened
by the fraudulent propaganda and fraudulent tactics of the GOI, and
brainwashed, racist media of India. I applaud the work of all the Sikh Organizations, that
are continuing to discharge their humanistic duties all along since 1984.
Although, after 25-26 years now there are new individuals who formed their own
organization and started making noise that had already been made continuously by
the World Sikh organization in the corridors of power from 1984. In this
exercise and experience It has been realized that any noise in countries
outside India is not going to achieve effective results for justice, because of
the vested interests of these governments. Even human Rights Organizations such
as Amnesty International and Asia Watch etc have failed to bring out the
reality of the atrocities by the GOI,and the fanatic religious elements there.
On the contrary, these organizations helped to worsen and perpetuate these evil
crimes against members of minority communities, through their silence on many
crimes and also the state terrorist adopting fraudulent methods to sideline the
recommendations of these groups,and , carry out their evil deeds through disappearances.
When these organizations were bard from entering Punjab.WSO sent and financed
the parliamentary delegation to Punjab to bring out the painful reality of the
situation there and the terror of police let loose on innocent Sikhs there. The
GOI tried to foil those efforts also in every possible way to hinder the
process of Justice. Realising that the Trade interests of the foreign
government and foolishly going after the fraudulent carrot of Trade with India,
the politicians in these lands at best can only pay a lip service to the cause
of Human Rights of the minorities there, we have to change our methods of going
after those state terrorists in India. All this noise about the declaring 1984
as Genocide is not going to bring any closure to the atrocities and crimes
committed by the state terrorists there in active collaboration of the GOI,
Justice System,Police, Para military outfits, and Hindu media. The current cry
for only declaring 1984 a Genocide ( While every one knows that in was a
Genocide indeed) will not bring any Justice, because this kind of Noise, and
statements in the Government Hansard and news papers here in these
countries have been already tried vigorously by Sikh Organization. Now the time
was to make inroads in the Justice System within India with the help of Human
Rights Groups there with proper Legal perusals. I know it is very hard, and can
prove futile because of corrupt Judiciary and Justice System of India, but
still there is some hope that at least some small progress can be achieved if
the people of India wants to wash some of their Dirty Sins and Evil Crime.As
Sikhs We have a duty to make a Judicious use of our scarce resources
to fight governmental crimes (past and present) in India as well as
restore our Rights in our adopted countries as well.

I
have been waiting and watching the news item on television, reading newspapers,
commentaries and news items 'released' by the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins
Rats' alleged Indian democracy/demoncracy alias the largest demo[n]cracy of our
peaceful world to international news media. The largest, progressive, and I do
not remember at this time what other flavory words have been added to sing the
glory of the Brahmins-Hindus' Indian democracy by the largest news services and
administrations of the Western world, as though there are no nice people, but
the Brahmins-Hindus to justify their singing. Well, they may be justified in
certain extents. They are the 'Masters of the World' or at least of G-20
nations. I do, however salute to 'Singing the Glory of the
Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Rats', the 'worst' democratic world, so to
speak among the 'Democratic World'. Like the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmin
Rats of the Indian democracy, the jathedars(Chief Scoundrel and his
associated scoundrels of the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsarji,
"robed" PUNJAB of the 15th August, 1947, did not stay behind and did
not utter a word from their mouths against the corrupt politicians of the
alleged Indian demo[n]cracy. Thanks to the Head Granthi of Bangla Sahib
Gurdwara, an Historic Gurdwara, in Delhi covering the 'truth' of the Sikh
Genocides of 1984 and informing the congregation of the story of the poor and
helpless victim (07:30 - 08:30 hrs MTS).
At
the same time, one poor (unfortunate) medical female student fell victim of the
'wolves in the form of Human and God created vultures and what these creatures
did to that helpless and poor lady, the entire Humanity have been watching
helplessly; whereas, on the soil where this crime against Humanity had been
committed by the wolves in the Human form, there became the 'Demand of Justice,
We want Justice, Creatures (6 in number) must be hanged, and leave the soil
where the crime against the Humanity had been committed about two weeks ago,
the entire humanity 'Demanded the Justice'. I am wondering whether the western
world which demands 'justice for the poor and helpless girl' knows what sort of
'Justice' they have been demanding from the demo[n]cratic world. Do they really
know whether there exists a 'word' of Justice, Prevention of Human Life written
in the Constitution of the greatest and progressive country, called the
(Brahmins-Hindus) India? I do not think so. The protectors of India, its
politicians, law-imposing agencies, its domestic and foreign agencies,
administration, president(s), Chief, Council of Ministers, judiciary of India,
etc., know their duties under the oath of very Constitution, which they boast,
that we (Exicutives) have the best constitution of the world. No, they are by
and large elected and put into office not to the serve the poor victim, but to
the criminals, murderers, corrupt politicians. So much so, the Chief, Council
of Ministers, the New Delhi administration, has been a hand-picked person of
the party he is supporting; but not elected by any electorals of any
constituency of the Indian Lok Sabha (parliament). All, politicians
of the ruling and opposition parties, as well as the electorates accepted the
person their Chief, Council of Ministers, without considering if their
Constitution gives permission to 'appoint' him the chief, council of ministers.
To
make the long story short, in 1976 their (Indians majority Brahmins-Hindus)
politicized the judiciary of the country and suspended the 'Civil Liberties',
which a citizen enjoys and cherishes.
Here
one poor and helpless lady's (human) rights had been violated, murdered after
her mass rape, etc., and the entire population/citizens of Delhi and entire
India, including the Bombay/Bollywood's movie industry came out roads to
"Demand Justice, Hang the Rapists?" Do they really mean what they
have been doing on the road? They forgot what they have been doing in the
History of post-15th August, 1947 India, however?
Let
me remind the Executives, judiciary, armed forces personnel, law-enforcing
personnel, diplomats, the citizens (Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmin Rats)
etc., of India, where were they, when the Humanity had been ashamed, when the
'Genocides of Sikhs having no Constitutional rights' were taking place in June,
1984 and October to November, 1984, Muslims of the Internationally Disputed
Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK) since 15th August, 1947, rape of women of
Manipur by the armed personnel of India, Christian Missionary, Graham Stains
and his two sons under 8-year-old, Roman Catholic Nuns in Bihar or other parts
of India, Muslims in Bhopal in the post-15th August, 1947 had become victims of
the Brahmins-Hindus mobs? These non-Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins and their
elected 'rats' did not come out on roads to 'Demand Justice'.
Demanding
justice and law is only to serve the 'ulterior' motives of the
Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmin Rats in the post-15th August, 1947. Maybe,
this is like shedding crocodile tears as the rotten election process in the
alleged Indian democracy is not very far. The author is writing this, because
anything (Espionage, persecution, gross human rights violations, torture,
terrorism, humiliation, dehumanization, fake encounter killings of minorities
are the 'order of day' in the alleged Indian democracy since 15th August, 1947)
is not impossible.
As
the teachings of the Sikh Guru Sahibaans, Guru Baba Nanak Sahib to Sahib Guru
Gobind Singh ji, their teachings inscribed in the Sikhs' Holy Scripture, Guru
Granth Sahib, teach me, I have whole hearted sympathies for the family of the
victim (the poor and helpless lady).
In
the Brahmins-Hindus' India, the Honourable Justice A Qadri of the Gujarat High
Court had said that the "Constitution and President" have failed to
protect the lives of the Muslim citizens during the "Genocide of Muslims
of Gujarat, 2002-2003", under section A-14 of the Indian Constitution.
The
writer has no choice but to sum up his writing that there will be no one who
will come out on roads to "Demand and Serve Justice" for the Sikhs,
Muslims, Muslims of the IDA:JK, Christians, Bhuddhists and non-Hindu-Brahmins
minorities in the alleged Indian democracy.

We
may recall that in 1738 Nadar Shah invaded India and carried away a lot of
gold, costly war material including thousands Hindu young girls. When this news
reached Nawab Kapur Singh, Nadar Shaw was attacked and women were freed from
his captivity. Thus it resulted Chhota Ghallughara in 1746 when the Sikhs
suffered a lot.
Subsequently
in 1761, Durrani attacked Delhi and carried more than two thousands Hindus
women. Thus hearing the sad plight of the Hindus, Gen. Jassa Singh Ahluwalia
attacked Durrani's forces and freed all the women and escorted to their
respective homes. Then again the Sikhs paid price in 1762 during Vada
Ghallughara.
After
getting Independence on 15 August 1947, the majority Hindus have forgotten the
Sikhs' past services and proved to be ungrateful especially during 1984.
Carnage was carried out under the orders of then PM Rajiv Gandhi when Police
& Politicians helped the killers. Then position of India's President Giani
Zail Singh was reduced to a 'Peon'. Had he shown some guts being
Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Armed Forces, killings/rapings of the Sikhs in
thousands could have been avoided. Even the Political and Religious Leaders of
the Sikhs remained blind-deaf-dumb for the last (28) years. For the sake of
their Chairs and greed for power, they did nothing. There is a saying that even
mother won't feed baby until cries. When the Sikhs having high
positions
did not demand justice, why the Hindu Government and Judiciary should punish
anyone? Even look at the pitiable condition of PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, Punjab CM
Shri Parkash Singh Badal, SAD President Shri Sukhbir Singh Badal, SGPC
President Mr. Avtar Singh Makkar and their Head Ministers, who have become
slaves of the Hindutva and other anti-Sikh elements. Why to blame others when
the Sikh Dealers are at fault.
