Gurshabad above amply describes the state of affairs in El Sobrante Gurughar by the by laws gang rapists.

Current illegal Parbandhak Committee now headed for court trial on February 4, 2013 came into power after weeks of gang rape (in summer of 2012) of the El Sobrante Gurughar by laws under law enforcement protection requested by previous President Gurbachan Singh Johal and paid for by the Gurughar (sangat) funds.

Now the same illegal Parbandhak Committee to defend their legitimacy declared by Surinderjit Singh Bajwa at the General Body Meeting under the law enforcement is out to gang rape the by laws again for use of Gurughar (sangat) funds without obtaining Sangats permission at a duly held General Body Meeting. By laws clearly spell out that any expense of $5000 or more for a single item must be formally approved by the General Body. They have never called a General Body Meeting to seek permission for spending funds for defense of their illegal control of Gurughar. The cost of their "by law gang rape defense" will be in hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Not only are these PC members and their associates capable of gang raping the gurdwara funds to justify their legality of their illegal control of the parbandhak committee but they are also fully capable of gang raping the gurughar funds in general in the name Gurughar expansion and many other blanket expense accounts to name a few Community Services and Siropas.

On another note, Prabhjot Singh Thiara has been doing wonderful job in documenting the "Illegal 2012 SC and PC Selection by Gang Raping By Laws" through videotaping that he has shared with thousands of sangat members via many youtube clips. Because he has done such an excellent job in exposing the nefarious activities of this Goonda Group now the illegal PC has stooped down to cheap tactics of blaming Prabh for using foul language with the head priest Makhan Singh. Illegal PC has send him the attached Notice of Suspension from Gurughar Membership and given him 10 days to appeal to the General Body. This is the same kind of bullshit notice that Gurbachan Singh Johal (at the advice of Bajwa) gave to me "Expelling me from General Membership with Immediate Effect". My notice was THUK KE CHATIYA in entirety by  Gurbachan Singh Johal at a cost of nearly $300,000 to the Sangat

Where are the Sangat' Rights in their own case? Where is the General Body Membership approval in their own case for spending funds more than $5000 in defence of their own illegal selection through gang rape of by laws. Are they blind to the by laws? No it is Bajwa's clever moves over the years of on going change in by laws that has completely eliminated the rights of the sangat from the by laws and turned over the Gundagardi to the President in power and his five cherry picked amritdhari JC or SC members.

Sadh Sangat jee this PC's days are numbered. It would be better that if they resign and get out. Otherwise they will be legally booted out by the court at the end of the trial.

My final appeal to you. Please stop making any and all contributions to the Gurughar between now and until such time that a new "Sewa Bhavna Wali" PC is selected. Please keep your money in the bank till needed for the gurughar expansion.
