"Freedom of Speech" is a crime, Basic human rights under fire in Punjab

"Freedom of Speech" is a crime, Basic
human rights under fire in Punjab

"Inciting speeches will be hard dealt." Parminder Singh Dhindsa. So it means a citizen has to keep his mouth shut and do not dare to speak against corrupt power hungry politicians 's tactic of using religious institutions for political purposes. So citizen does not have to commit a crime to go to jail or face harsh treatment but just has to exercise his democratic right of free speech against corrupt leaders and they will get charges of sedition, anti national activities, foreign hand operatives and so on. The real charge under which Akal Takht Jathedar Dhian singh Mand, Amrik Singh Ajnala , Bhai Mohkam Singh and S. Maan are arrested is ' using their democratic right of free speech' against misuse of Sikh institutions by corrupt Badal clan and his stooges like Makkar and Gurbachan Singh. Provoking actions of these corrupt leaders is no crime but speaking against them as a democratic right is inciting speech crime. Basic human rights under fire from current corrupt Punjab govt. Non violent peaceful gathering passing resolutions against misuse of Sikh institutions is freedom of speech not crime.
